Dr. Norbert Clemens Nowotny, born in 1941 in Vienna, studied structural engineering at the Vienna Institute of Technology. Then he moved to Zurich in order to study technical sciences and earn a doctorate at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). After that Dr. Nowotny headed the CEAT (Urban and Regional Planning Community) at ETH Lausanne. Today he has his own engineering and architectural office with registered office in Zurich and Lugano. Together with his team, he dedicates efforts as an architect, engineer and designer in various projects pertaining to the philosophy of space and shape. He designed the Domino and Logo lounge programmes for Dietiker.
